Storm Water Connection to Easement

Flooding problem was causing trouble in the neighbourhood

Customer had major flooding issues under house and existing pit and pump arrangement could not cope during heavy downpours.  Neighbour was complaining about run off into her property.

We located the council storm water easement with our locating equipment, excavated down 2.5 metres, completed a core bore into the concrete council pipe and installed a new connection and new 100mm PVC pipe to connect the existing down pipes and pit to the easement.  This eliminated the pump and flooding and all concerned are happy!
